STEP 1: Download the latest version of the Canadiens app
STEP 2: At the home page, click on the "TICKET" icon at the bottom
STEP 3: Click on "Manage my accounts"
STEP 4: Login into your Canadiens / Club 1909 account
If you are a season ticket holder or mini-pack buyer or a Club 1909 member, you already have an account. Enter your email & password. Then tap sign in.. Ticketmaster will send you an email to reset your password.
Note: If you forgot your password, tap forgot password. Ticketmaster will send you an email to reset your password.
STEP 5: Enter your email & password. Then tap sign in. If needed, click on forgot password.
STEP 6 (OPTIONAL): Link your Ticketmaster account
If you have purchased an individual game or any other Ticketmaster event using the same email address as your Club 1909, you have a Ticketmaster account. We strongly suggest linking the two accounts. This way you will be able to see all your Canadiens tickets in one place.
STEP 7: Once your Club 1909 and Ticketmaster are connected, you see this page
STEP 1: At the home page, click on the "TICKET" icon at the bottom
STEP 2: Click on "VIEW MY TICKETS ON TICKETMASTER"
STEP 3: Choose the game you want to view by tapping it. Each game will show the opponent, date, time and the number of tickets you have
STEP 4: Tap to "VIEW BARCODE" to access QR Code.
STEP 5: The QR code the appears and you may access the Bell Centre.

STEP 6 (OPTIONAL): You have the possibility to add your tickets to your mobile wallet by clicking on "ADD TO WALLET". This allow you to access your tickets without an internet connection
Your Canadiens account allows you to electronically SEND seats to your guests up to one hour after game time.
The recipient receives a notification email with a link to login to the Canadiens Account Manager to accept tickets using either a desktop computer or their mobile device.
We strongly encourage you to SEND your tickets when giving them away for the following reasons:
STEP 1: Select the game you’d like to transfer your tickets for and tap it.
STEP 2: Click on "SEND" at the bottom
STEP 3: Select the seats you want to send, then tap "TRANSFER TO"
STEP 4: You have the option to choose to send tickets to your existing contacts or you can manually type in their information
STEP 5: In the case of a manual entry, please enter the first name, last name and email of the recipient and click on "TRANSFER TICKETS"
STEP 6: Once the ticket is sent, the process is complete. The status will appear on the ticket. If it hasn’t been accepted yet, you can stop the transfer by tapping "CANCEL TRANSFER".
Once the recipient has accepted the tickets, the status will change to CLAIMED and the barcode will no longer appear.
Canadiens Fan to Fan Verified marketplace is the team official resale platform, powered by Ticketmaster. It offers a safe, reliable and legitimate way for ticket holders to Sell any seats for games you are unable to attend. Primary Account Holders, as well as anyone who has received a Forwarded ticket, are eligible to Sell using Canadiens Fan to Fan Verified marketplace. The proceeds from that seat sale will be refunded by cheque paid in the month following the sale.
Once a seat is posted for Sale, the most recent mobile barcode is deactivated for that game. New tickets and barcodes will be generated for the new ticket purchaser. If you choose to cancel a re-sale posting, the original barcode is reactivated.
STEP 1: Select the game you’d like to sell your tickets for and tap it
STEP 2: Click on "SELL"
STEP 3: Select the seats you want to sell, then tap SET PRICE
STEP 4: Enter the price per ticket and tap "PAYOUT METHOD"
STEP 5: Enter your coordinates for the refund cheque and click on "SELL TICKETS"
STEP 6: As long as your tickets have not been sold you can either edit or cancel your post by clicking on "EDIT POSTING" or "CANCEL POSTING"
